It is designed to help users estimate potential renovation and investment outcomes based on publicly available property data, user inputs, and algorithmic analysis. The FlipScore™ does not constitute professional financial, real estate, or investment advice and should not be relied upon for making any purchasing, selling, or renovation decisions.

All property data, pricing, and ROI projections displayed are estimates only and may not reflect actual market conditions, construction costs, or future resale values. FixerFlip LLC, its affiliates, partners, and licensors make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any FlipScore™ result.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Platform beyond intended use.

All content, branding, software, and data on the Platform belong to FixerFlip LLC or its partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for personal or business purposes consistent with these Terms.

Subscription fees and provider access fees are billed through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable charges.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixerFlip LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
